I added two "bmx" freewheels.
Undesired effect due to high friction, knock and most importantly due to back oscillations caused by I knock.

This moves me to different approach of measurments - direct work measurement with dynamometers in the next video #6.

This setup can be useful, but it doesn't help us to get the real data. Also, losses could be "disregarded" with greater both pendulum and counter-weight. What could be of a help is to have longer paths for chains to get of kicks or at least to reduce their count.

There are freewheels on the market that are used by professional bicyclist's but the price...
