Here we have yet another police constable fixated on getting a persons details for recording out in public. The story is as follows...
The original video was recorded to hold the NHS accountable if the injured man didn't make it as it took them well over an hour to show up. The injured man had help from 4 people around him who got him blankets pillows Ext and a further 5 or 6 people standing ready to help. I offered to give him a lift but it was out of the question due to his injuries. We waited for over an hour in the extreme cold. The Ambulance eventually turned up so I stopped recording but a member of the public noticed I was recording and informed the police officer who came up to me abruptly demanding details at which point I started recording again and this is what happened.
