- Recorded on Friday, October 22, 1965 in 3 takes (after an aborted attempt the day before).

- I've always had a soft spot for the Randy Travis version from the 1990s-era Lennon tribute show. Really captures the mournful spirit behind the lyrics. [ Ссылка ].

- I bought "Yellow Submarine" on BluRay and rewatched it while putting this video together. My god, it holds up. Do yourself a favor and watch it on a proper 4K HDTV. Beautiful movie.
