"What" is doing that person and "How" does
When we say WHAT: we are talking about goals/objectives achieved or exceeded by the employee.
When we say HOW: we refer to the behavior that is evidenced through the outstanding results.

-The employee's performance actually exceeds consistently and as expected.
-The Employee has achieved high performance against adversity or odds, placing exercise in business conditions in comparison to his co-workers.
-the employee is recognized for high performance within the functional area.
How difficult would it be to replace that person?
-The Rating would be: High, Standard, Low, Very premature.
