If you’ve ever ordered from Disc Makers (or if you plan to someday) it might seem like after you upload your master and graphics there’s magic that happens behind some big curtain, and that at the end of that magic – voila! – your CDs get shipped to you. And while I believe that parts of our process are indeed magical, I am so proud of what our team does that I don’t want to keep it a secret. Which is why over the past year I’ve created videos explaining how your discs are manufactured, how we make your Digipaks, how we press your records, what mastering is, and how we print your CD covers (among many other topics).

Today I want to show you what happens to your order as soon as you click the upload button and place your order. You’ll meet some of the people who answer your calls and emails, prep your graphics files, and make sure to communicate your needs to the good folks in our factory working on your discs.
