Seasoning your new Carbon Steel wok creates a non-stick surface that will leave your food tasting authentically smoky and also to keep it in good condition from rust.

Please remember you only need to wash with soap ONLY once before
seasoning it (as per video), the rest later if you need to wash it, only wash it with hot water and wipe it dry.
The soap will tend to give away your seasoning. If you need to re-season it again, you can follow this step again :)
