A granddaughter finds her grandmother in Germany through social media after she disappeared when floods devastated her town.

Paula Mertens lives in central London, but when she saw the flash floods ripping through Germany, she knew her grandmother was in danger.

She tells Sky News how she tracked her down after she was listed as unaccounted.
