Nobody else has done this to my knowledge, so...

Alex Kidd in Mario World features a selection of levels from the original Super Mario Bros, with their designs as close to the original games as possible.
Sadly, the game is a little buggy in its beginning stages, and you can see that replacing the fireballs with Spiny was a TERRIBLE idea!
I will need help with some things, such as...
* Adding tiles and blocks to the game, with these tiles and blocks being universal to every level.
* How to slow down the vines that are now Piranha Plants, so that they go up and down more slowly, and stay at their highest and lowest points about the same amount of time they did in Super Mario Bros.
* Making sure the graphics and objects do not become buggy when respawning after a lost life, or pausing the game.
* Adding tiles and frames to, or changing enemy animations (and making it so all types of enemies can appear in ANY level).
