With baseball season here for the kids, brew days can cut into valuable family time. For this beer I took a beer I've been wanting to brew and tried to get it done in under 2 hours! I wasn't completely successful as brew day took a little long than that, but the finished beer came out excellent and I don't think the shorter mash and boil affected it too much. Although, this is the first time brewing this beer and I don't have a previous reference to go off of. If you do decide to brew this beer or something like it just remember that this recipe was designed around a 30 minute mash and 30 minute boil. You may need to adjust quantities if you mash or boil longer.
Thanks again to The Apartment Brewer for the inspiration!
