The Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) of Rajasthan Police today arrested a suspected Islamic State operative Jameel Ahmed from Sikar District.Jameel Ahmed was head of accounts of a firm in Dubai and he was transferring fund to those fighting in Iraq and Syria.
