How to make Beef Jerky you ask? With Jalapeño flavor? In this video I talk about and show you this easy steps to make beef jerky. Dehydrators these days are pretty cheap, but if you don't have one, just look for an oven baked recipe or a smoker version. Look online or on marketplace to find you a good used one. New dehydrators start around $39. Beef jerky marinades don't need to be exact, so I just eyeball and guesstimate.

In this recipe I finely grated 1 jalapeño, next time ill do about 3-5.
2-4 lbs of lean round or eye round steak (little fat as possible)
3 parts worshersire sauce to 1 part soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp liquid smoke
and whatever else you wanna add.

let it marinade for 24-48 hrs
throw on your dehydrator for 3-4 hrs until its good and dried out, if the thicker piece are still soft, leave on another 30 mins or so.

preheat oven to 275*
place the beef jerky on baking sheets and bake in oven for 10-15 mins (I did 12 mins)

let cool, eat, and repeat!
