At the abilities Expo one of the coolest tools I came across was the Zx-1 Power add-on by Spinergy. It turns a manual wheelchair into a ppower wheelchair. I think this would be a great way to help yourself with long distances without committing to a power wheelchair all the time. Also it allows you to be able to take off your big tires and narrow your chair by up to 7 inches. A great way to possibly get into smaller doors!
