I decided to get a little bit of R&R outside of Moscow and came to Phoenix Eco-Hotel in Rostov-on-Don. Yesterday's tour revealed that this is truly an echo village, unlike anything I've seen in America. They don't just have a compost pile; they have a farm with goats, cows, horses, chickens, and more! I was so excited that instead of just relaxing, I decided to create some content to share this incredible experience with you.
