[ Ссылка ] - We all know that there are pros and cons to each and everything, unfortunately the sneaker culture is not an exception to this. Even though the sneaker industry generates large amounts of profit for many businesses and brings people together as a culture, violence as a result of footwear envy is surely an aspect that the sneaker community would rather not have.
This time around, we were able to sit down with former Cleveland Cavalier Daniel "Boobie" Gibson. Hailing from Houston, Texas, the streaky shooter was able to recall a tragic moment from his past involving violence and sneakers and the untimely passing of one of his friends.
With violence being an unfortunate way of life, Gibson also recalls the imagery of people sitting around plotting and waiting for others to exit sneaker stores just for the opportunity to take the shoes right from them. From Jordans to Starter Jackets, sneaker violence has clearly been here for a while and doesn't look like it's going to come to an end any time soon.
