Spent all day working on the display and the last thing I did this evening was to set up the new ultrasonic low lying fog generator to test how the changes I made to the tube worked out. Installed a larger fan with a speed control to the hose opening and took out the fan I had in the irrigation tube. I felt like the fan was obstructing flow more than it was helping to move fog. Looks like I was right. This time I got a good flow of thick fog that blanketed the area with just four 10 second fog blasts spaced 1 minute apart. Looks like this thing actually works as promised! Now all I need to do is get the leaks in my tote sealed up.

EDIT - It has been determined that the secondary tank and water pump will not be needed if a float is purchased for the ultrasonic mister. The mister head can float in the main tank without the need for recirculation as long as the tank is of a large enough size that the water not get overheated or run empty quickly.
