Planetary scientist Antonio Paris is researching how to survive on Mars. But after Hurricane Maria's wake––one year ago today––he's been exploring the practical matter of surviving here on Earth.
Since Hurricane Maria, he has returned to his hometown of Utuado, Puerto Rico ten times and raised over $100,000 in relief aid, bringing water, food, and medical supplies to the people of his community.
