4 Tbsp --------- fermented red bean curd
3 Tbsp --------- dark soy sauce
2 Tbsp --------- Hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp --------- rice wine
2 Tbsp --------- dark brown sugar
3 Tbsp --------- ginger (minced)

1 tsp ----------- five-spice seasoning powder
