The intro and outro shimmer effect of "Streets" was done with the Behringer RV 600.
The settings were:
Mix = max, Decay = max, Time = Max, Tone = Mid position.
My chain for the shimmer was =
Epiphone Les Paul Custom - Boss SD 1 - Korg SDD 2000 - Behringer RV 600 - Vox AC15 - Shure SM 57 - Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 - Logic Studio.

In order to get this stereo effect I used Logic's tape delay and panned the original channel to the right and the bus with the tape delay to the left for the shimmer...

Works fine I think...
