Liams intention is to provide you with deep yogic truths that you can apply to your practise and deepen its impact in your life immensely. * This knowledge opens the door within you to expand your mind and introduce a tangible state of calm awareness. * This session, often called NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) in Andrew Huberman's science-supported work, is a potent method for anyone seeking to alleviate mental clutter and overthinking and foster a tranquil mind, through the timeless practice of yogic sleep. *This practice has been proven to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance cognitive function!
With Liams guidance, this Yoga Nidra practice will enable you to: • Reduce stress and mental fatigue • Enhance your focus and mental clarity • Promote emotional balance and help you change your relationship to all of the stressors that bombard us every day.
What to Expect: • An exploration of the demands made on us every day and how we normally deal with them. An understanding of the Yogic perspective on how we can experience the world by moving from the Fear based thinking mind and connecting to the Energy that keeps us alive and operates from a higher dimension, giving us new power to handle the challenges of our personal life.
This is followed by a guided experience whereby you can practise separating from the fear-based mind and connecting to the higher power within You.
Yoga Nidra is practiced in a comfortable lying down position. You are guided through a series of breathing exercises with gentle instructions. Some of these include visual imagery or a scan of the body, which occupies the mind and prevents it from becoming involved in the usual mind-chatter that absorbs our ordinary consciousness.
Who is this for? It is Ideal for individuals grappling with overthinking and anxiety or those simply seeking deeper self-awareness. This session is designed to assist you in achieving a peaceful mental state, aiding both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. No meditation experience is necessary.
