Looking for some free things to do in Akaroa? Check out the Children’s Bay Walkway, also known as the Akaroa Rhino Walk!
Children’s Bay is a 10-minute walk from Akaroa town and takes you on a 3-hour loop to some stunning vantage points, through forest, farmland and to see some unusual wildlife. It’s one of the awesome day hikes in Akaroa that’s a free activity in Akaroa!
