This first session with Kaya explains how old Trauma and Fear needs to arise in a safe environment in order to be more fully experienced and processed. This is a wonderful example of how Anthony's trauma-informed Alexander Technique can offer a therapeutic resolution and working through of early traumatic and distressing events that were not able to be resolved at the time.
