A quick recipe for Ramadan!

Recipe -
1/4 cup broken wheat
1/4 cup mix lentils ( chana dal, moong, toor daal)
1 cup oats
2- chicken breast
1 cup yoghurt
Spices -
1 tbspn Corainder powder
1/2 tsp zeera powder
Red chilly( as per intake)
Salt
1 tsp garam Masala powder
Green Chillies
Whole spices -
1/2 tsp black pepper
4-5 cardamoms
1 tsp caraway seeds
2 medium onions sliced
1 tbspn gg paste
Toppings -
1/2 cup fried onions
4-5 tbspn ghee.
Fresh mint and coriander leaves
Fried cashews
Lemon edges
Sauté onions with gg paste then add spices, chicken and lentils. Pressure cook for 2 whistles and use hand blender to break fine.
End with fried onions, ghee, fresh mint and coriander leaves.
