INGREDIENTS:
For BIKO:
3 cups glutinous rice
2 cans coconut milk
1 can ube macapuno condensed milk
( you can substitute sugar instead of ube macapuno condensed milk)
2 tbsp ube flavorade
1/2 tsp salt
For YEMA TOPPING:
1 can condensed milk
4 eggyolks
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Bake at pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.
