INGREDIENTS:
2 deep dish pie crusts, unbaked
egg wash (1 egg mixed with 1 t. water)
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 and 1/2 tablespoons dehydrated onion
1 and 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Dock the bottoms of the pie crusts with a fork and brush with egg wash.
Partially bake the pie crusts for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
Continue with the recipe as shown in the video.
Once filled, bake the quiches for 35-40 minutes, or until the centers are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
