Addressing the femur, in this video Erik uses Ida Rolf's Log Roll Technique by getting l. owunder the femur and causing it to internally rotate. The client resits his movement by externally rotating the tibia. Doing this technique three to five times will help release tension and fix any movement dysfunction patterns the client is experiencing.
