For me, Venice has the most enjoyable parkour environments in this game. The interactable elements are, for the most part, well placed and provide a satisfying feeling when chained together.
I wanted to make use of the white-blue poles that are sprinkled all over the carneval-areas, as they make for great connections between houses and let the player show off their accuracy with the directional input.
This run was far from flawless and contains quite a lot of improvisation, but it turned out fine.
