Germany: Spy service moves to new Berlin HQ
The first 174 employees of Germany's 4,000 member intelligence service, the Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND), moved into their new Berlin headquarters on Tuesday.
The sprawling structure built from 20,000 tonnes of steel covers 260,000 square metres in the capital's Chausseestrasse in the central Mitte district.
The headquarters are being transferred from a smaller site in Pullach, south of Munich, known as 'Camp Nicholas'.
