I’m back with yet another Vlog,
I’m sure by the title you can already tell what’s going on, what your girl is up to & yes I am absolutely crazy enough to do a detox. This Vlog is of me documenting my detox experience for the week. It wasn’t easy.
Listen I AM NO GYM COACH I’m just simply doing what works for ME just wanted to put that out there now for the critics. Anyway, For a while I’ve been intentional about getting out of the 200’s the most I’ve ever weighed was 224.. I lost the 6 lbs with just exercise & clean eating BEFORE the detox.
Then I decided it was time for a detox, So here are my results it took me only 4 days to lose 6lbs. I started at 219 & lost another 6 lbs. Since I have the consistency with the gym figured this is the perfect time to kick start my diet & try this detox out. Drank nothing but water, took my vitamins & took 2 capsules a day, nibbled on a piece of fruit here & there but nothing too heavy.
So right now I am still 214 lbs DOWN within a 4 day span. I chose to only do 4 days, I’ll jump back in again to finish the bottle at a later time when I can dedicate 15 days to detox. Just wanted to share with you guys. I also have a new Vlog dropping later this week so keep a look out for that.
