Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at the set of bull ring retractable truck bed stake pocket tie down anchors. These are heavy duty anchors that will install in the stake pockets on top of your bed rails to provide tie down points to secure your load. These are going to be much easier to reach being up on your bed rails than the factory anchor points that are inside of your bed. These are designed to work with your 2009 and newer Dodge Ram fifteen hundred twenty five hundred and thirty five hundred trucks. It won't work with the duallies and there's a different kit for those, but this will also work with your 2014 through 2019 Toyota Tundra CrewMax trucks and your 2022 and newer Hyundai Santa Cruz.
So these are going to, you're gonna have four of these. So it's going to fit in the front and rear stake pockets for your truck. If you are, if you have an eight foot bed, ram we do have a six piece set available so you can get the front rear and middle. So if you're needing that, that's a different part number. You can find it here at etrailer using that part number you've seen on the screen there, but for those of you who just need the four this is gonna be a great set for you.
It's got these durable stainless steel rings that will work with your S hooks and J hooks for a nice, solid connection. Being a stainless steel construction they are going to have a weight capacity of 1000 pounds. They're also going to resist rust and corrosion. So they'll hold up well for you for a long time to come. And we're also going to have a glass reinforced, nylon lower body that's going to help dampen sound.
And then our grained plastic piece here is going to sit just above the rail cap. So you can see it's almost a flush finish, but not quite just gonna sit very slightly over top that rail cap but this is designed to match the grain color and the UV rating of your OEM rail caps. And so it's gonna blend in while for you and look really nice. These are a retractable design. And so when you're done using them, you can just simply push 'em in.
It's gonna give you that nice clean kind of flush look when you're ready to use them again, just pull 'em out. They snap into place. So it's gonna be very easy for you to get your S hooks and J hooks connected there. To get these installed, it's gonna be fairly simple. You're probably going to need to trim your rail cap depending on the model, will depend on, will determine how much trimming you'll have to do. So for all the models I mentioned earlier, you are going to, I do recommend using that rail cap router bit that you see on the screen there. If you have a ram it's likely you'll need to use that saw bit as well but those two are gonna make it a much easier install for you to get that stake pocket opened up. Once it's opened up, you'll just remove the screws from your tie down anchor here. That's gonna give you some freedom to move this around wiggle it so that you can get this angled in place into your stake pocket. Once it's inside, then you'll just pull up on your ring there. That's going to bring the whole lower body up and that's going to catch onto your truck's sheet metal. So you're gonna have a nice firm connection there once it's pulled up and you can reinstall those screws to hold that upper piece and lower body together and it will function properly for you. And so it's gonna have a nice solid connection to your truck's bed rail. So you can trust it's gonna do a great job of holding down your load. And this does come with a lifetime warranty. So if you we're to have any issues with it you're more than welcome to reach out to us here at etrailer.com. But I think this is gonna be a really nice way of giving you a more convenient tie down location for your load, rather than having to get into those factory tie down anchors in your truck bed. That completes our look for today. And again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
