Findings : Mucocoele or mucous retention cyst in the left maxillary sinus
Approach : During orthognathic surgery after bringing down the upper jaw

This was done as part of another jaw surgery.
Results : Permanent ( no recurrence )

The mucous lining or the schneiderian membrane has been removed along with the cystic lining and contents.
