Ingredients:
Ube Kalamay:
- 2 1/4 cup glutinous rice flour
- 3/4 cup granulated
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1cup boiled purple yam
- 1 tbsp ube extract
Latik:
- 1 can coconut cream
Preparation:
1. Cook the Latik on low heat until golden brown.
2. Grease the pan with coconut oil (banana leaves are optional).
3. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
4. Steam over medium heat for 45 minutes.
5. Remove from the steamer. Brush the kalamay with coconut oil. Top it with latik.
