Aside from the redoing of the original three endings, a fourth ending was made if Shepard opts to reject all of the available options (something new from this DLC) given to him/her from the Catalyst.

I will post a video (or videos) with some of the new material, including the remade original three endings, from the Extended Cut DLC and my thoughts on the remade endings sometime later this week.
