Fresh lemon juice - 1 oz
Fresh apple - 50g
Maple syrup - 1/2 oz
Egg white - 1/2 oz (optional)
Angostura aromatic bitters - 3 dash
Glass: Cobbler / old fashioned
Ice: Cubed
Method: Shake, dry shake
Garnish: cherry, apple
2. Orange whiskey sour
Bourbon whiskey - 2 oz
Fresh lemon juice - 1 oz
Orange marmalade - 3 bar spoon
Egg white - 1/2 oz (optional)
Orange bitters - 3 dash
Glass: Cobbler / old fashioned
Ice: Cubed
Method: Shake,dry shake
Garnish: cherry, orange

Cherry bourbon - 2 oz
Fresh lemon juice - 1 oz
Sugar syrup - 1/2 oz
