A surface-to-air missile fired from a rebel-held area in east Ukraine brought down Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 yesterday. The Foreign Office and the Metropolitan police are offering specialist help to assist with the recovery, identification, repatriation of of those killed, but without a ceasefire in Eastern Ukraine where the plane was downed, how hard is it for crash investigators to begin work?
