Now that the Dimension Shellshock DLC has been out, I finally wanted to circle back since my Let's Play of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge did so well. The DLC added the characters Miyamoto Usagi and Karai and a new Survival Mode.

I edited together a couple runs of Usagi at max level so you can see the opening and ending cutscenes and all of the battles.
