If you need a summary of how un-fit and how much I've always hated exercise: I can't even ride a bike. I always HATED having to move one more step than I strictly need to, I never saw the point or pleasure in voluntarily running on the spot when I could much rather spend that time reading, watching or painting something. And so, it's no surprise that the accumulated uselessness and hatred for working out lead to years of trying to be healthier but always just quitting the gym. For the first time in my life, I've managed to be consistent and actually enjoy exercise with the help and guidance of my personal trainer, so whether or not you can get one too, here's everything mine taught me and all the ways she changed my attitude and behaviours towards exercise.
