About the Guest
Today's guest is Annette Dahl, CEO and Chief Trainer at C3 Consulting. She specializes in Cultural Intelligence, Global Leadership, Diversity, and inclusion and is an expert on Danish and Chinese business cultures. Annette holds an MA in Chinese culture and communication and has been working in China since 1995.
She founded C3 Consulting in 2006 and has since expanded its range of intercultural training programs. Annette divides her time between managing the business and delivering training. She has worked with various organizations, including Danfoss and Siemens Gamesa, and is a keynote speaker at conferences and corporate events.
Annette also authorises the book 'Global Perspectives: A Practical Guide to Navigating Across Cultures.' She is involved in several advisory boards related to culture and globalization and volunteers as a business mentor.
