When there is a big sale on eggs I stock up. I make breakfast burritos to freeze and I freeze whole eggs. You can always freeze your eggs buy cracking, mixing, then freezing in ice cube trays but that's too much work for me. This is how I freeze eggs to store. When I am out of eggs or baking I'll grab how many ever eggs I need put them in a storage container and defrost in the fridge. You can freeze and store eggs up to a year. Which ever way you decide to do it is up to you this is just my way...
