2, Does not require an assistant or traction or brute force.
3, Is almost painless, and works equally well for muscular or slim patients.
4, There are no clicks and clunks as the shoulder glides in. It slides like butter through knife.

The trick is to keep talking to the patient and keep him occupied, as the shoulder is slowly externally rotated and KEPT EXTERNALLY ROTATED FOR ONE FULL MINUTE. The instant you adduct and internally rotate, it falls into place.
