At an exclusive private dining event held at Thornico in Copenhagen, Denmark, RareWine Invest brought together Champagne enthusiast Christian Stadil, CEO of the Thornico family-owned conglomerate, along with specially invited guests to celebrate their love and passion for fine wine.
Each guest brought a unique bottle to the table, including a noteworthy 1971 Dom Perignon Jeroboam, which was Christian Stadil's birth year. The tasting also featured Christian Stadil's own Champagne called Le Non Moi, and a 5-liter bottle of 1985 Lafite-Rothschild.
In attendance was Richard Juhlin, the world's number one Champagne critic from Champagne Club, along with other notable guests. Richard Juhlin kindly shared some of his secrets to achieve the ultimate tasting experience.
The culinary experience was provided by renowned private dining chef, Mads Cortsen, adding to the extraordinary evening.
