FloBikes catches up with Michael Woods prior to the 2021 Tour de Suisse at his home in Girona. Woods was coming on to some of the best form of his life, evidenced a week later by his fifth place finish in Switzerland. The form that Woods is building, combined with the lack of form shown by Chris Froome has earned Woods the leadership role on Israel Start-Up Nation.
The Olympics remains as Woods' number-one career goal, but thanks to the improvements he has made in time trials, Woods now finds himself hoping for general classification success en route to Tokyo.
