2 ingredient “Grey Stuff” from Beauty and the Beast

From the first time I watched the movie, I knew one day I’d taste the delicious grey stuff. And today I did!!

I heard the Disney version is a red velvet cake with grey frosting outside. It didn’t quite sit well with me, as I’m not a big fan of tonnes and tonnes of frosting. I saw versions with vanilla pudding... but I just couldn’t find any halal/ suitable for vegetarians vanilla pudding in my local shops.

So here is my two ingredient grey stuff. 4 Oreo cookies turned into crumb and then added about 2 and half tsp of ready made cold custard. This tasted sooooo good. And literally no fuss at all. I put it on top of a cookie from Asda but it tasted perfect even by itself. Give it a go and tag me. I want to see your version of the grey stuff. :)

Finally, apologies for the terrible swirl. As you can tell I’m not good at it. :) I’m sure there are hundreds of professional bakers that would make it look great.
