INGREDIENTS
400g (2.8 cups) potatoes
500g (4 cups) flour 00
2 tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 medium eggs at room temperature
1 tbsp (10g) dry yeast
50 ml of water
10 g of salt
150g of cooked ham
150g of cheese to taste
Oil to fry
METHOD
Prepare the flour, add the olive oil, eggs, yeast and stir, then add the grated boiled potatoes, water and salt. Knead a fine dough and let it stand for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm, then with a mold make about 18-20 circles.
Separate one circle, arrange the ham and cheese then fold in the other circle. Fry in hot oil.
