The system is based on a Ronchi ruling of 600 lines/inch which projects a grid on the sample. The grid is shifted in 5 positions and 3 angles by an Arduino control box. The 15 frames are recorded with a Basler Scout scA1400-17gm camera and reconstructed with SIMtoolbox freeware software. The result is a confocal-like image, whith improved lateral and vertical resolution.
