Londonist DMC is a student accommodation agency located in Central London and since 2013 we provide our clients with both short term and long term accommodations, from 2 weeks up to 51 weeks. We are leaders in finding the greatest home “far from home” for our students and we pride ourselves to offer students a 5 star customer service for a 5 star experience with us and our rooms.

We have now over 14 different locations across London, in zone 1,2, and 3. Our portfolio includes student accommodations in Kings Cross, Spitalfields, Lewisham, Portobello, Highbury, Islington, Station residence and more. We can offer students stylish ensuite rooms, studios and apartment rooms. Students can use all the amazing facilities within the premises, such as gym social and study spaces, and rely on a 24/7 security and maintenance team on site. Other additional services we provide include airport transfer, first day assistance, welcome packs and serviced apartments.

We have a dedicates sales executive for each market: Latin America, Russia & CIS countries, Middle East, Asia and Europe.

We have found many students are looking for the full package in their accommodation which include gyms, cinema rooms and easy to access to underground stations which Londonist can provide. We have noticed that students are also coming for short-term due to them taking short language courses in London.

Londonist HQ is in London but we have opened an office in Istanbul, Turkey in 2018. This year in February 2019, we will open our third office in Shanghai, China due to the vast number of students coming from this region.
