BW Integrated Systems' ITL 15 Top Load Case Packer is designed to handle stand-up bags of pet food. Bags are transferred from the filler standing up to the ITL’s infeed, then are knocked down and grouped in twos. A rotating vacuum pick head grips the bags and loads with each layer laying in opposite directions. Tape is then used to seal the cases as they discharge.
