You can get this level by doing all these steps.
1. Unlock the Vault of Secrets
2. Type in “The Challenge” in the bar below an icon
3. Collect 200 diamonds
4. Ya good to go!

I know this does not sound like the description I usually make but yeah..just get on with it.
