Dozens of civilians have been killed by airstrikes in Idlib, Syria's last opposition-held province. The attack's been carried out by both the Syrian air force and its Russian allies, prompting hundreds of thousands of people to flee the region. UN officials estimate that some 350,000 people have left, most of them being women and children. Monte Francis reports.
