There is nothing like a dry brine whole chicken that's then smoked! In today's video that is exactly what I did. After dry brining the chicken for 16 hours I added some FreshJax smokey southwest then off to the Chargriller for smoking. I also used soaked hickory wood chunks to create some great smoke.
