Russian River Brewing with locations in Windsor and Santa Rosa, California with the highest flexibility built by Ziemann Holvrieka - brewhouse, tanks and grist mill were delivered and so the production of beer started in 2018 in the dream brewery but more about the story here:
Russian River Brewing Company was established in 1997 by Korbel Champagne Cellars among the majestic redwoods in West Sonoma County. After 6 years, Korbel decided to get out of the beer business and agreed to transfer the brand and all recipes to their head brewer, Vinnie Cilurzo. Over the years, Vinnie and Natalie were able to buy out all of their partners and investors.
The decision was made in 2014 to build their dream brewery right here in Sonoma County. The search for property took nearly 2 years which allowed them time to assemble their “dream team” of architects, consultants, designers, and contractors – for sure Ziemann Holvrieka was a big part of this!
The entire brewery is 85,000 square feet and encompasses beer production for both clean beers and sour barrel-aged beers, administrative offices, a brewpub, an outdoor beer garden, a gift shop, tasting room/growler fills, guided and self-guided tours, and 2 acres of free parking. This increased capacity has allowed them to distribute more draft and bottled beer to markets in which they currently sell as well as open up some new territories within the state of California.
